Aeros was founded in 2019 as a specialized design and testing office in the aviation sector, built upon the combined 60 years of experience its founders gained from leading critical projects in the Turkish defence and aerospace industry.
Thanks to this experience, from the very beginning, we have become a company with expertise in avionics, system engineering, structural design and analysis, aircraft performance, aerodynamics, and flight tests.
Our expertise in aviation has positioned us as a company capable of integrating systems into air platforms, performing modifications, and taking on critical roles in platform modernization efforts. Additionally, it has made us a solution partner for institutions and organizations engaged in developing and testing products for air platforms.
Throughout this process, we have never undertaken engineering work outside our expertise. We have also never adopted an 'outsourcing' model by assigning our employees to other companies' projects. In more than 40 projects we have completed so far, we have consistently strived to demonstrate Aeros' high engineering standards, and we have succeeded.
Today, we have a highly experienced and dynamic team of 18 people, 83 percent of whom are engineers. Our journey, which began with just four people in a 20-square-meter place, now continues across two different facilities, covering a total area of 1,000 square meters.
Our goals are ambitious. We aim to become a trusted engineering company operating in both military and civilian sectors with EASA Part-21 certification, something that has counterparts in Europe but no equivalent in Türkiye. By leveraging our expertise and experience, we strive to provide competitive solutions that meet the certification and safety requirements of the aviation industry while ensuring efficiency in cost and schedule. We believe that we will bring a fresh perspective to the future of the Turkish defence and aviation sector.
